Your shipment received by BBIG Upon receipt of your return, the BBIG team will check and review your shipment. You will receive by e-mail a "Return Receipt". which states if the return is justified and how much will be refunded. This "Return Coupon" will be deducted from your next invoice !
If your return is unjustified or if there is no warranty it will not be credited. Rejected returns will not be returned. Would you like to receive this shipment back, you must notify us within 14 days. Shipping costs will be charged.

Please send the models you wish to exchange with the Exchange Form along with your current stock list.
To be allowed to exchange, your current stock must be the agreed BAS stock! Otherwise it must be replenished first.
Upon receipt of your shipment, BBIG will exchange the returned frames received 1-for-1 for the models you specify.
Only shipping costs will be charged for this exchange

What are our warranty terms?
Frames from BBIG bv are guaranteed for one year against manufacturing and material defects after date of sale.
In case of defect, the replacement part or frame will be delivered and invoiced.
If the defect in the part or frame is a manufacturing or material defect, credit will be given. Upon receipt of defective part or frame.
If the defect in the part or frame is not a manufacturing or material defect, no credit will be issued. If you need certainty about the defect and possible warranty claim, you can send the defective part to BBIG for assessment.
Should a part not be available, then everything possible will be done to satisfy your customer. If within three years after purchase by the optician no part is available and an alternative is not possible or acceptable, BBIG bv will provide a suitable solution as described below:
The consumer chooses another frame from the same collection of BBIG bv.
The dealer returns the defective frame to BBIG bv stating the said packing slip number.
BBIG bv reimburses the frame in full, if the frame is indeed not older than 1 year
The warranty does not apply if the defects were caused by improper use.

How to exchange OBE-Flex
Required tools are:
Screwdriver (flat or cross head depends on the type of screw)
Small awl (or flat narrow screwdriver)
Tweezers
Advice: When the lock won't come out, a drop of oil and ultrasonic cleaning often works well :)
